When I was a lad growing up, watching the Dukes of Hazzard every Saturday evening, it didn`t really occur to me that John Schneider was anything special. Later on, I would occasionally see him on the covers of his country albums and think what a handsome man he was without the boufy seventies hair.
And as he gets older - Superman`s dad for heaven`s sake - he just gets better looking. It must be my age - I used to like Dawson`s dad in Dawson`s Creek, I could never see the attraction in James Van Der Beek. Add a beard and we`re really talking.
