Chelsea boys choose Cudicini

Ten, maybe even five years ago, if you had asked a footballer which one of their team mates they think is hot you would have got a punch in the nose.

But those metrosexual Chelsea stars have no such qualms.

England captain John Terry told the club's TV station that he reckons that Frank Lampard is the best looking player on the team:

"The girls like him a little bit. If I was that way I’d see something in him,” he said.

However, most of the rest of the team, including Lampard himself, picked goalkeeper Carlo Cudicini (pictured)

Cudicini is 33, which is about 70 in football years. Still, nice to know he is rated by his pals!

John-Paul McQueen and Spike - Hollyoaks

It is good to see that not only has Chester-based Channel 4 uber-teen soap Hollyoaks introduced a gay character - they've actually given him a boyfriend and a normal relationship.

And they're not shying away from showing them exchanging kisses and affection - just goes to show how times have changed.

And the general discomfort and disgust of their friends just goes to show how much times haven't - but in quite a real way.

In any case, John-Paul McQueen - played by James Sutton - and Spike - played by Tom Vaughan - have to be the sweetest gay couple yet seen on British screens.

Matt Tebbutt

Here's a novel idea - a TV chef that you'd love to make you breakfast.

Obviously, like most TV chefs he is a proper chef with a restaurant but he does TC chefery too - for which many thanks.

This dish is the delectable and adorable Matt Tebbutt. Alas, married with kids, like that's a problem...

Jesse Metcalfe

Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe is reportedly planning to replace Daniel Radcliffe [right] in the West End revival of Equus.

The 28-year-old actor would be required to appear nude on stage as Alan Strang, a stable boy who has a pathological fascination with horses, in the London production of Peter Shaffer's 1973 play.

Radcliffe completes his run as Strang in June.

A source told The Mirror: "Jesse is a massive talent and it would be great for him to make his West End debut in Equus."

The Daily Mail have reported however that Billy Elliot-star Jamie Bell has been lined up for the role...

Jesse Metcalfe live on stage - nude - yes, that might work.
